An Act to provide for savings and transitional matters and to amend, repeal, rescind and revoke certain legislation consequent on the enactment of the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 [Royal Assent 4 May 2012] Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows: PART 1 - Preliminary 1.
