An Act to enhance law enforcement in Queensland by enabling the Queensland Police Service and the Crime and Corruption Commission to be declared agencies under the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 (Cwlth) Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Telecommunications Interception Act 2009.
