An Act to provide for the development and management of a railway within the Surat Basin rail corridor land in a safe, effective and efficient way and for related purposes Part 1 Preliminary Division 1 Introduction 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Surat Basin Rail (Infrastructure Development and Management) Act 2012.
