Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996 (WA)

An Act to provide for the licensing of persons engaged in work relating to — • the protection of persons and property; • investigation or surveillance; and • crowd control, and of agents who supply the services of persons to carry out such work, to prohibit unauthorised persons from acting as armed bodyguards, and for related purposes.
