An Act to establish a statutory body called Resources Safety and Health Queensland to regulate safety and health in the resources sector, establish an employing office and provide for the Commissioner for Resources Safety and Health Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Resources Safety and Health Queensland Act 2020.
