An Act to provide for the establishment of a State-owned company under the Corporations Act for the purpose of acquiring, owning and operating a rail business in Tasmania, to provide for the sale of that company and for related purposes [Royal Assent 27 October 2009] Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows: PART 1 - Preliminary 1.
