An Act to facilitate the disclosure, in the public interest, of information about wrongdoing in the public sector and to provide protection for those who make disclosures Chapter 1 Preliminary Part 1 Introduction 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010.
