Short title This Act may be cited as the Reserve (Kwinana Freeway) Act 1975. 2. Reserve No. 21288 Reserve No. 21288 classified as of Class A and set apart for "Park Lands" is hereby amended by excising an area of 0.511 5 hectare as delineated and coloured pink on Lands and Surveys 2 Miscellaneous Plan No. 736 and the area of the reserve is reduced accordingly. Notes 1. This is a compilation of the Reserve (Kwinana Freeway) Act 1975 and includes all amendments effected by the other Acts referred to in the following Table.
