Racing Regulation and Integrity (Consequential Amendments) Act 2024 An Act to amend certain legislation consequent on the enactment of the Racing Regulation and Integrity Act 2024 [Royal Assent 5 September 2024] Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows: PART 1 - Preliminary 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Racing Regulation and Integrity (Consequential Amendments) Act 2024 . 2. Commencement This Act commences on a day to be proclaimed. PART 2 - Animal Welfare Act 1993 Amended 3. The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Animal Welfare Act 1993 . 4.
