The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:
1—Short title
This Act may be cited as the Royal Style and Titles Act 1973.
4—Royal Style and Titles
	(1)	Notwithstanding any Act, regulation, rule, order or by-law Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second may be referred to in any document by the Royal Style and Titles set out below, and such description shall be sufficient for all purposes.
	(2)	The Royal Style and Titles referred to in subsection (1) of this section are as follows:
Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God Queen of Australia and Her other Realms and Territories, Head of the Commonwealth.
	(3)	This section shall not affect the validity of any document in which Her Majesty is described in any other way than that prescribed by this section.
	(4)	In this section—
document means document of any kind prescribed by or used pursuant to any Act, regulation, rule, rule of court, order, by-law, or other statutory instrument.
