An Act to authorize the erection and mainten- ance of Cattle Council of Mu cipality of Mu Sale-yards by the Municipal swellbrook within the Muni- swellbrook, [Ist July, 1886. ] HEREAS on or about the twenty-ninth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight undred and eighty-five the land in the Schedule hereto more specifically described was set apart by the Governor with t dedicated by a notice in the Government purpose of Cattle Sale-yards at Muswel been duly vested in the whereas it is expedient that yards for t he advice of the Executive Council and Gazette of that date for the brook and the said land has Municipal Council of Muswellbrook And he sale of cattle should be established on the said land and it is necessary for such purpose that full power should be given to the Munici al Council of Muswellbrook to erect and maintain suitable buildings and yards on such land and for such purpose to borr by-laws for the maintenance and regulation of such sale-yards ow money and to charge fees and make Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's 1 Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the uscd shall be taken to inc cows bullocks steers heifer: 2. This Act may be cited as the " Muswellbrook Cattle Sale- Short title. yards Act of 1886." SCHEDULE.
