Schedule 1—Amendments Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 1 Paragraph 37(1)(a) Omit "in writing". 2 At the end of section 37 Add: (3) An approval of a form mentioned in paragraph (1)(a), or a notice mentioned in subsection (2), may require or permit an application or information to be given in accordance with specified software requirements: (a) on a specified kind of data processing device; or (b) by way of a specified kind of electronic transmission.
