Schedule 1—Sydney Airport Demand Management Act 1997 1 At the end of Part 1 Add: 5A Part IIIA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 to be subject to this Act Part IIIA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 has effect subject to this Act. 2 After subsection 35(1) Insert: (1A) The Scheme may deal with the allocation of slots for specified categories of aircraft movements.
