Schedule 1—Amendment of the Superannuation Supervisory Levy Imposition Act 1998 Superannuation Supervisory Levy Imposition Act 1998 1 At the end of section 7 Add: (5) Without limiting subsection (3), the Treasurer may make more than one determination, for a financial year, about any or all of the matters referred to in that subsection. 2 Application The amendment made by this Schedule applies from 1 July 2012.
