This information may be included in any published version of this Act. 3 Schedule(s) Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms. Schedule 1—Amendment of the Superannuation Guarantee Charge Act 1992 1 Section 5 Omit "in a year", substitute "for a quarter". 2 Section 6 Omit "in a year", substitute "for a quarter". 3 Application of amendments The amendments made by this Schedule apply in relation to superannuation guarantee shortfalls under the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 for quarters that commence on or after 1 July 2003.
