Schedule 1—Amendments Social Security Act 1991 1 After paragraph 8(8)(zab) Insert: (zac) a payment, known as the Cost of Living Concession, made by the Government of South Australia; Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 2 After paragraph 5H(8)(zeb) Insert: (zec) a payment, known as the Cost of Living Concession, made by the Government of South Australia; 3 Application provision The amendments made by this Schedule apply in relation to payments made before, on or after the commencement of this item.
