Schedule 1—Parenting payment transitional arrangement Social Security Act 1991 1 After paragraph 500D(3)(c) Insert: (ca) the person was the principal carer of the child immediately before 1 July 2011; and 2 Application Paragraph 500D(3)(ca) of the Social Security Act 1991 applies for the purpose of determining whether a person is a PP child of another person on or after 1 July 2011.
