Schedule 1—Amendments Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 1 Section 100 Before "If", insert "(1)". 2 At the end of section 100 Add: (2) However, the Minister is not required to consider a request for a declaration under subsection (1). 3 Application The amendment made by item 2 applies in relation to requests made before, on or after the time at which that item commences.
