Schedule 1—Amendments Private Health Insurance Act 2007 1 After subsection 22‑45(3) Insert: (3A) Do not index the amount for the 2015‑16, 2016‑17 or 2017‑18 financial year. (3B) If the amount is not indexed for a financial year because of the operation of subsection (3A), the amount for the financial year is the amount for the most recent financial year for which the amount was indexed.
