Schedule 1—National Residue Survey (Excise) Levy Act 1998 1 Subclause 4(1) of Schedule 7 Omit "0.25 cents per kilogram", substitute "0.3 cents per kilogram". 2 Subclause 4(1) of Schedule 7 Omit "(not exceeding 0.3 cents per kilogram)", substitute "(not exceeding 0.6 cents per kilogram)". 3 Application of amendments The amendments made by this Schedule apply to honey sold after the commencement of this item.
