Schedule 1—Amendments National Cattle Disease Eradication Account Act 1991 1 At the end of subsection 6(1) Add: ; (c) making payments to the trustee of the Cattle Disease Contingency Fund Trust for the purposes of the Trust. 2 At the end of section 6 Add: (3) In this section: Cattle Disease Contingency Fund Trust means the trust established by deed made on 13 February 2002 between the Australian Animal Health Council Limited and the Cattle Disease Contingency Fund Pty Ltd.
