Part 2—Amendments Migration Act 1958 2 Subsection 5(1) Repeal the following definitions: (a) definition of visa evidence charge; (b) definition of visa evidence charge limit. 3 Subsection 33(10) Omit "AE,". 4 Subsections 34(3) and 35(4) Omit ", AE". 5 Subdivision AE of Division 3 of Part 2 Repeal the Subdivision. 6 Subsection 78(3) Omit ", AE".
