Schedule 1—Amendments Migration Act 1958 1 After Part 7 Insert: Part 7A—Statutory agency for purposes of Public Service Act 473A Statutory agency for purposes of Public Service Act For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999: (a) the Principal Member of the Refugee Review Tribunal and the persons mentioned in subsections 407(4) and 472(4) together constitute a Statutory Agency; and (b) the Principal Member of the Refugee Review Tribunal is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
