(see F2009L03098) Note: This table relates only to the provisions of this Act as originally passed by both Houses of the Parliament and assented to. It will not be expanded to deal with provisions inserted in this Act after assent. (2) Column 3 of the table contains additional information that is not part of this Act. Information in this column may be added to or edited in any published version of this Act. 3 Schedule(s) Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms. Schedule 1—Amendments Migration Act 1958 1 Section 336A (definition of disclose) Omit "provided under section 40, 46, 166, 170, 175, 188, 192 or 261AA", substitute "referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of identifying information in this section". 2 Section 336A (paragraph (a) of the definition of identifying information) Omit "provided under section 40, 46, 166, 170, 175, 188, 192 or 261AA", substitute "obtained by the Department for one or more of the purposes referred to in subsection 5A(3)". 3 At the end of subsection 336FA(1) Add: ; and (f) the information is only disclosed to the extent necessary in order to obtain that help. 4 Paragraph 336FB(1)(c) Omit "and (e)", substitute ", (e) and (f)". 5 Subsection 336FB(3) Omit "and (e)", substitute ", (e) and (f)".
