Schedule 1—Amendments Indigenous Education (Targeted Assistance) Act 2000 1 Subsection 14A(1) (table item 2) Omit "$226,896,000", substitute "$225,670,000". 2 Subsection 14A(1) (table item 3) Omit "$227,769,000", substitute "$226,543,000". 3 Subsection 14A(1) (table item 4) Omit "$226,596,000", substitute "$225,370,000". Skilling Australia's Workforce Act 2005 4 After section 10 Insert: 10A Condition of grant—skilling Indigenous Australians Where appropriations are expended in accordance with this Act to provide targeted financial assistance to advance the education of Indigenous persons, the appropriation must be expended in a manner which advances the objectives set out in sections 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Indigenous Education (Targeted Assistance) Act 2000.
