The whole of this Act 1 July 2018. 1 July 2018 Note: This table relates only to the provisions of this Act as originally enacted. It will not be amended to deal with any later amendments of this Act. Information may be inserted in this column, or information in it may be edited, in any published version of this Act. 3 Schedules Legislation that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms. Schedule 1—Amendments Imported Food Control Act 1992 1 Section 3 (definition of national standard) Repeal the definition, substitute: national standard means: (a) a standard that is included in the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code; or (b) the Country of Origin Food Labelling Information Standard 2016, as in force from time to time. Note: The Country of Origin Food Labelling Information Standard 2016 is an information standard made under section 134 of the Australian Consumer Law (see Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
