Note: This table relates only to the provisions of this Act as originally enacted. It will not be amended to deal with any later amendments of this Act. (2) Any information in column 3 of the table is not part of this Act. Information may be inserted in this column, or information in it may be edited, in any published version of this Act. 3 Schedules Legislation that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms. Schedule 1—Amendments Farm Household Support Act 2014 1 Paragraph 3(a) Omit "3 years", substitute "4 years". 2 Paragraph 4(a) Omit "3 years", substitute "4 years". 3 Subsection 5(1) (definition of 3 years or less) Repeal the definition. 4 Subsection 5(1) Insert: 4 years or less has the meaning given by subsection 6(3). 5 Section 6 (heading) Omit "3 years or less", substitute "4 years or less". 6 Subsection 6(3) (heading) Omit "3 years or less", substitute "4 years or less". 7 Subsection 6(3) Omit "3 years or less", substitute "4 years or less". 8 Subsection 6(3) Omit "1095 days", substitute "1,460 days". 9 Section 7 Omit "3 years", substitute "4 years". 10 Paragraph 8(h) Omit "3 years", substitute "4 years". 11 Paragraph 9(j) Omit "3 years", substitute "4 years". 12 Subsections 96(1) and (2) Omit "3 years", substitute "4 years". 13 Application of amendments The amendments made by this Schedule apply in relation to the following: (a) a person who made a claim for farm household allowance at any time before the day this Schedule commences (whether or not the claim had been determined before that day); (b) a person who makes a claim for farm household allowance on or after the day this Schedule commences.
