Schedule 1—Amendments Customs Act 1901 1 Subsection 206(2A) (heading) Repeal the heading, substitute: Prohibited psychoactive substances, tobacco products and prohibited serious drug alternatives 2 Paragraph 206(2A)(b) After "prohibited psychoactive substance", insert ", tobacco products".
