Schedule 1—Amendment of the Criminal Code Act 1995 1 The Schedule (subsection 2.2(2) of the Criminal Code) Repeal the subsection, substitute: (2) Subject to section 2.3, this Chapter applies on and after 15 December 2001 to all other offences.
