Schedule 1—Amendments Fair Work (Building Industry) Act 2012 1 Section 46 Omit "3 years", substitute "5 years". 2 At the end of section 46 Add: Note: As section 45 commenced on 1 June 2012, the Director may not make an application under that section after 1 June 2017.
