An Act to refer particular matters relating to the Help to Buy scheme to the Parliament of the Commonwealth for the purposes of section 51(xxxvii) of the Commonwealth Constitution Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Help to Buy (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2024.
