Regrettably Raymond has unfortunately been found to be insolvent by the Federal Court of Australia.
On 1 February 2022, the Federal Court made orders to sequester his estate (declare him bankrupt) under the Bankruptcy Act 1966. A copy of the order follows:
Raymond's Trustee in Bankruptcy is Bruce Gleeson of Jones Partners, Sydney. Bruce is also the trustee for the estate of Melissa Caddick.
